This book, based on the DIC Color Guide (GEK design library), is a collection of examples of printing technology and graphic design.
Currently, 4-color process printing is the mainstream, so there is plenty of printing material for 4-color printing. However, there is very little material available for 2-color printing, and specifying 2-color designs is actually more difficult than specifying 4-color designs.
2-color spot color printing allows you to select high-saturation colors and special tones that cannot be reproduced with 4-color printing.
